Privacy Policy

Account information (your name, email and password hash), the contracts and offer details you create, and basic usage and billing information processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

If you connect your Gmail account, SendMLS requests only the gmail.send scope, which permits sending mail on your behalf. We use this access solely to send the offers you compose in SendMLS — nothing else.

We do not read, index, store or analyze the contents of your mailbox. We store your Google refresh token encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and decrypt it only in memory at the moment of sending. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Settings, which revokes the token and deletes it from our systems. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When you enter a property address, we query third-party and public sources (such as county records and active listings) to help fill in property details. We store the results with your offer. We do not use your offers to train models for other customers.

To provide and secure the service, process your subscription, send transactional email you initiate, and respond to support requests. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our hosting, database and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations.

Our public marketing pages load advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook) and TikTok, which help us measure how our ads perform and set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. These pixels are not loaded on any page inside your account — they run only on our public pages, such as the homepage, sign-up and sign-in pages.

When you create an account or start a subscription checkout, we tell these platforms that the event happened so it can be attributed to an ad. For TikTok we also include your email address and account ID in hashed, irreversible form so it can be matched to an earlier ad click; we do not send these to Meta. We never send your contracts, offers, property data or mailbox contents to either platform, we do not sell this information, and we do not receive personal data back from them.

You can limit this with your browser’s tracking-protection or ad-blocking settings. How each platform uses the data it collects is described in the Meta Privacy Policy and the TikTok Privacy Policy.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your offers and templates, disconnect Gmail, or ask us to delete your account by emailing support. We will delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
